- Adrak lehsan ka pest – 3 tab sp
- Dahi – 1 pyali
- Tamatar ka pest – 2 adad darmiyaney
- Brown ki hui piyaz – 2 adad darmiyani
- Pisi hui mirch – 3 tea sp
- Haldi – 1 tea sp
- Pisa hua dhanya – 2 tea sp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tea sp
- Pasanda masala – 1 tab sp
- Cooking oil – 1 cup
- Namak – hasb-e-zarurat
Method:
