- Adrak lehsan ka pest – 3 tab sp
- Dahi – 1 pyali
- Brown ki hui piyaz – 2 adad darmiyani
- Pisi hui mirch – 3 tea sp
- Haldi – 1 tea sp
- Pisa hua dhanya – 2 tea sp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tea sp
- Kalonji – 1/2 tea sp
- Cooking oil – 1 cup
- Namak – hasb-e-zarurat
- Koela – 1 2 se 3 inch ka tukrha
Method:
Gosht men adrak lehsan,pisi hui mirch,haldi,dhanya,garam masala,kalonji,dahi,namak,cooking oil ye sab mila kar ise 3 se 4 ghante ke liye fridge men rakh den.ab is marinate kiye hue gosht men tali hui pyaz daal kar darmiyane anch pe itna pakaen ke gosht gal jaey jab gosht gal jaey to ise bhoon len aur dheeme anch par bhoone jab tak gosht oil na chorh de.dosri taraf koele ko jala len jab wo aag ki tarah ho jaey to.saalan men choti si katori ya roti ka tukrha rakh kar us par koela rakh den aur koele par 1 tab sp oil daal kar foran se degchi ko dhak den.jab dhuwan khatam ho jaey to dhakan hata kar koela nikal len.dhuwan dahi gosht tayar he.ise naan,chapati ya parathe ke sath khaen.
