Is baat par koi shak ni ke qurbani karna ek sa’adat ki baat hai. Lekin qurbani ke baad hum log apni sehat ka khayal nahi rakhte. To zaroori hai ke qurbani ke baad apni sehat ko barqarar rakhen. Sehat ko barqarar rakhne ke liye mundarja zel baaton ka khayal rakhen.

  1. Zyada gosht na khaen.
  2. Chehel qadmi karen.
  3. Khana waqt par khaen.
  4. Phal aur sabziyan khaen.
  5. Cold drink kam piyen ya na piyen.
  6. Green tea piyen.
  7. Mircho ka istemal kam karen.
  8. Khano ke darmiyan munasib waqfa.
  9. Ghar ka paka hua khaen.
  10. Maamool ke kam kaj jari rakhen.

Is se ap bimari se bache rahenge aur apki sehat bhi kharab nahi hogi.Hum log apni sehat ka khayal nahi rakhte hain yahi waja hai ke asia mai zyada tar log apni sehat ki waja se bimar hote hain.
